PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray CT apparatus capable of controlling an operation associated with acquisition of projection data, depending on a positional relationship of an observation object during the acquisition of the projection data.SOLUTION: An X-ray CT apparatus includes an X-ray photographing unit, a reconfiguration processing unit, an extraction unit, and an analysis unit. The X-ray photographing unit acquires projection data by performing X-ray scanning of a movable region of a living body comprising at least two regions. The reconfiguration processing unit generates image data on the movable region in each predetermined timing, which is synchronized with acquisition of the projection data, by applying reconfiguration processing to the projection data. The extraction unit extracts each region from the image data. The analysis unit sequentially analyzes a positional relationship of each region extracted from the image data in each timing, detects one timing when each region establishes the predetermined positional relationship, and stops the acquisition of the projection data by the X-ray photographing unit or changes projection conditions, on the basis of the one detected timing.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】投影データの取得中における観察対象の位置関係に応じて、投影データの取得に係る動作を制御可能なX線CT装置を提供する。【解決手段】X線撮影部と、再構成処理部と、抽出部と、解析部とを備えたX線CT装置である。X線撮影部は、少なくとも2つ以上の部位により構成される生体の可動部位をX線でスキャンして投影データを取得する。再構成処理部は、投影データに再構成処理を施して、可動部位の画像データを、投影データの取得に同期した所定のタイミングごとに生成する。抽出部は、画像データから各部位を抽出する。解析部は、タイミングごとの画像データから抽出された各部位の位置関係を遂次解析して、各部位が所定の位置関係となる一のタイミングを検知し、検知された当該一のタイミングに基づき、X線撮影部による、投影データの取得を停止させる、または、投影条件を変更させる。【選択図】図1B
