PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposable diaper capable of improving leakage prevention property of excrement such as urine.SOLUTION: Leakage prevention cuffs 26 provided on both side parts of an absorptive structure 2 respectively comprise: end part stationary portions 28 fixed to the absorptive structure 2 on both end parts of a vertical direction X and a non-stationary portion 262 between the end part stationary portions 28 in the vertical direction X. The non-stationary portion 262 has flexibility between the end part stationary portions 28 in the vertical direction X. On at least one portion out of a ventral part A and a back side part C, a vertical end part 24a, 24b on one portion side of an absorbent core 24 is positioned inside of a vertical direction X relative to the end part stationary portion 28 on the one portion side.
