CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition including N-acetyl-L-glutamine contains N-acetyl -L- glutamine as active ingredients. 0.1-15 weight% of the N-acetyl-L-glutamine is included based on the total cosmetic composition. The cosmetic composition additionally includes an emulsifier. The emulsifier is monooleic acid ester or glycerol monostearin acid ester. The cosmetic composition having oxidizing substances elimination effects includes the N-acetyl -L- glutamine as active ingredient. The cosmetic composition having collagen biosynthesis effects includes the N-acetyl -L- glutamine as active ingredient.
