PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesion assistive implement for adhesive skin patch that can suppress inconvenience in which the edge parts of a drug part of the adhesive skin patch adheres on a hand without rolling in upon peeling off a release sheet of the adhesive skin patch to the minimum, and is convenient for carrying.SOLUTION: The adhesion assistive implement for adhesive skin patch includes a flexible base sheet 12, an adhesive skin patch holding member 60 provided on the base sheet 12 and capable of retaining the adhesive skin patch 70 with a release sheet 74 having a cut line 78 at the center, and flexible gripping members 30 positioned on both sides of the adhesive skin patch holding member 60 and movably retained by the base sheet 12.
