The invention relates to 15,16-methylene-17-hydroxy-19-nor-2l-carboxylic acid-steroid y-lactone derivativeswith the general chemical formula I, and R4, R6a, R6b, R7and Z have the meanings stated in claim 1, and theirsolvates, hydrates, stereoisomers and salts. Theinvention further relates to the use of thesederivatives for the production of a medicinal productfor oral contraception and for the treatment of pre-,peri- and postmenopausal complaints and medicinalproducts that contain said derivatives. The derivativesaccording to the invention have a progestational and inpreferred cases additionally an antimineralocorticoidand neutral to slightly androgenic action.See Formula 1I
