PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a crime prevention property.SOLUTION: An ATM 10 obtains an image picked up by an imaging device for imaging a user of a device who executes a transaction related to cash. The ATM 10 extracts a living body area included in the image. The ATM 10 detects wave forms of a signal whose ingredients of a specified frequency band other than a frequency band capable of obtaining pulse waves between wave length ingredients are cancelled each other, from a signal of a representative value of the wave length ingredients of each pixel included in the living body area.
