The invention provides a donepazil-containing percutaneous absorption type preparation, which allows to prolong continuously administration of donepezil during a long term, or can fast increase concentration of donepezil in blood and continue to release donepezil at the same time. It is a percutaneous absorption preparation obtained by dissolving donepezil as the effective ingredient into the paste base with the combination of hydrophorbic polymer and absorption promoter, wherein the absorption promoter is one or two or more species selected from lauryl alcohol, triethyl citrate, isopropyl myristate, cetyl lactate, oleyl alcohol, sorbitan monooleate, polyethylene glycol monostearate, lauromacrogol, N-methyl-2- pyrrolidone and triacetin.本發明提供一種可延續長期間持續投與杜那帕爾(donepezil),或可兼具杜那帕爾之快速血中濃度上昇與持續的杜那帕爾釋放性之含有杜那帕爾之經皮吸收型製劑、使有效成分杜那帕爾溶解於摻合疏水性高分子及吸收促進劑的貼附劑基劑而成的經皮吸收型製劑、其中吸收促進劑為選自月桂醇、檸檬酸三乙酯、肉豆蔻酸異丙酯、乳酸鯨蠟酯、油醇(oleyl alcohol)、山梨糖醇酐單油酸酯(sorbitan monooleate)、聚乙二醇單硬脂酸酯、聚月桂乙二醇(lauromacrogol)、N-甲基-2-吡咯啶酮及甘油三乙酸酯(triacetin)中之1種或2種以上的經皮吸收型製劑。
