In general, medical sleeve systems that at least partially support a patient's arm in a selected position are described. In one embodiment, an example support sleeve includes a proximal end that defines an arm opening, a distal end, a wall that extends between the proximal end and the distal end, the wall including an anterior side portion and a posterior side portion, and an access port located on the anterior side portion proximate the distal end.
