The present invention relates to a composite culturing system utilizing an inland integrated multi-trophic aquaculture and an aquafarming method, wherein the production of oysters, natural seed clams, and fed aquaculture and the culturing of shellfish can be performed in an environmentally-friendly manner through a one-stop method. The system comprises: a culturing farm (130) for growing shellfish； a fed aquaculture producing farm (120) which produces fed aquaculture required to grow natural seed clams accommodated in the culturing farm (130)； a culturing tank (100) including a natural seed clam producing farm (110) formed therein to produce natural seed clams of shellfish by means of naturally spawning parent shellfish； a water feeding and discharging facility which feeds and discharges seawater through a water feeding pipe and a water discharging pipe which are connected with the inside of the culturing tank (100) so as to make the same tidal periodicity environment as a natural foreshore aquafarm in an intertidal region； and a water surface automatic exposing shellfish culturing device means.본 발명은 개체굴과 자연 개체종패생산, 먹이생물의 생산 및 어패류의 양성을 자연친화적인 원스톱(ONE-STOP) 방식으로 양식할 수 있도록 하는 육상축제식 양식장을 활용한 복합 양식 시스템 및 양식 방법에 관한 것으로, 어패류의 성장을 위한 양성호지(130)와, 상기 양성호지(130)에 수용되는 자연 개체 종패의 성장을 위해 필요한 먹이생물을 생산하는 먹이생물 생산호지(120)와, 자연 산란용 어미 모패에 의한 어패류 등의 자연 개체 종패를 생산하기 위한 자연종묘 생산호지(110)가 내부에 형성되는 양식조(100)와, 상기 양식조(100)의 내부로 연결된 취수관과 배수관으로 해수를 취수 및 배수시켜, 상기 양식조(100)의 내부로 자연 조간대의 갯벌어장과 동일한 조석 주기를 맞추도록 해수를 공급하는 취수설비 및 수면 자동 노출 어패류 양식장치 수단이 포함된다.
