Système médical comprenant : - un corps, - une première électrode, - une deuxième électrode, - un générateur électrique, - un dispositif de traitement adapté pour déterminer une caractéristique électrique représentative de la capacité du tissu d'une structure anatomique entre des première et deuxième surfaces de contact des première et deuxième électrodes à conduire le courant électrique (M), et pour émettre un signal d'avertissement correspondant à la caractéristique électrique déterminée, le signal d'avertissement étant intermittent, dans lequel le dispositif de traitement est adapté pour détecter une variation de la caractéristique électrique et pour faire varier au moins un paramètre variable du signal d'avertissement après qu'une temporisation (T) suivant la variation de la caractéristique électrique est écoulée.
