The subject matter of this invention is providing a means for easily removing chillies from cooked food before serving. The invention involves use of capsules made of magnetic material that can house pieces of chillies. The capsules have a plurality of perforations through which falvor from the chilli pieces can move to the food being cooked. Liquid if any in the food being cooked can also mix with the chilli pieces through the holes. After cooking, the chilli capsules can be extracted from the cooked food by using a powerful magnet to draw the capsules to the magnetic by the forcà of magnetic attraction.
