PURPOSE: An abdominal obesity removal method and an abdominal massage device are provided to perform the acupressure and massage, and to be able to freely move the central part and the abdominal circumference outer part by 360 degrees by a multi-joint. CONSTITUTION: An abdominal massage device comprises a main body case (10), a massage rod part, a rotation shaft, a hemisphere and a power part. The massage rod part rotates around the central axis of the main body. The massage rod part is formed with the rotation shaft and the hemisphere, and installed with the power part in one side. The massage bar part is composed to exercise the orbital motion around the central axis with a 360-degree concentric circle. A rotational acupressure part (100) is formed in the inner side of the massage rod part installed on the same axis of the central axis. A rotary rod is composed in an eccentric shaft in one side of the rotational acupressure part.
