PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid medicine supply device by which liquid medicine can be removed from one end of its supply tube more reliably.SOLUTION: The liquid medicine supply device includes a plurality of supply nozzles 36 through which several liquid medicines of different kinds flow from a plurality of liquid medicine bottles containing the liquid medicines toward a medication bottle. The plurality of supply nozzles 36 are disposed at regular intervals. The plurality of supply nozzles 36 sequentially move to a supply position SP at which a supply nozzle 36 faces an upper opening of the medication bottle. The liquid medicine supply device further includes a cleaning part which removes the liquid medicine that is adhered to the supply nozzles 36 therefrom. The supply nozzles 36 sequentially move to a cleaning position CP at which the cleaning part removes the liquid medicine from the supply nozzles 36.
