The present invention relates to cancer immunotherapy, specifically to allogeneic tumor cell vaccines. According to some embodiments, the invention provides novel cell lines useful as therapeutic cell vaccine compositions. The invention further provides advantageous screening 5 methods and means for identifying patients amenable for treatment with partially Human Leukocyte Antigen (HLA) matched allogeneic cell vaccines. Therapeutic compositions and methods for use in proliferative disorders are further provided.
