PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joining structure for working, which joins a dental CAD/CAM block to be machined with a block holder for holding it in a working device securely and without displacement. SOLUTION: An engaging convex portion 11 is provided on a block side joint surface 10e of a processing block 10, and an engaging concave portion 17 is provided on a holder side joint surface 14a of a block holder 13. An adhesive holding space is arranged between them, and an adhesive is applied so that the engaging projection 11 and the engaging recess 17 are engaged and joined. The engaging convex portion 11 provided on the processing block 10 is a rectangular parallelepiped or a substantially rectangular parallelepiped, and when extended from the front surface 10a of the processing block 10 in the back surface 10b direction, it slides in the arrow P direction (shown in FIG. 5).
