Each of the first upper surface and the second upper surface definingan acute anglewith respect to a longitudinal axis. At least one double retention cavityincludes a firstretention guiding surface configured to engage a proximal pusher guidingsurface of the firstbody portion of the double pusher retained therein, and a second retentionguiding surfaceconfigured to engage a distal pusher guiding surface of the first body portionof the doublepusher retained therein.
