FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine and medical equipment, namely to radiothermometer, intended for non-invasive measurement of tissues of internal tissues of bio-object. Radiothermometer contains successively connected antenna-applicator, contacting with bio-object, switch, circulator, installed after switch, receiving device, containing amplifier with bandpass filters, amplitude detector, narrowband low-frequency amplifier and synchronous detector, integrator, direct current amplifier, reference voltage generator, connected with switch and synchronous detector. In addition, radiothermometer contains Peltier element, connected with outlet of receiving device, first and second SHF loads, installed on Peltier element and being in thermal contact with it, at least one temperature sensor, made with possibility of measuring temperature of SHF loads. First SHF load is made with possibility of connection to switch, switch is made with possibility of switching either antenna-applicator or first SHF load to first circulator arm.
