To provide a solution formulation for injection including pemetrexed, capable of suppressing generation of an analogous substance and suppressing coloring to a solution in a preservation period, since, in a medical site, a RTU (Ready-to-use) formulation in a solution form which can be diluted without a complicated solution step and quickly administered, namely has high convenience, by a lyophilization formulation, is required.SOLUTION: The solution formulation for injection including pemetrexed is a solution formulation for injection obtained by setting oxygen density of a gap in a container to 1% or smaller, and filling the solution formulation into the container and sealing the container with a rubber plug, the used rubber plug is a rubber plug having physical properties in which, in a temperature environment of 60°C, an amount of oxygen transmitted to the container in a preservation period of two weeks is 0.0013 mmol or smaller； therefore, generation of an analogous substance which is a decomposition product of the pemetrexed can be suppressed and the solution formulation for injection including pemetrexed excellent in preservation stability can be provided.SELECTED DRAWING: None【課題】 医療現場において、凍結乾燥製剤より、煩雑な溶解工程が不要で希釈してすぐ投与できる等で利便性が高い溶液形態のＲＴＵ（Ｒｅａｄｙ－ｔｏ－ｕｓｅ）製剤が求められている。保存期間中で、類縁物質の生成を抑制すると共に溶液着色が抑制されたペメトレキセドを含む注射用溶液製剤を提供することにある。【解決手段】 本発明のペメトレキセドを含有する注射用溶液製剤は、容器内の空隙の酸素濃度を１％以下として容器に充填してゴム栓で封止した注射用溶液製剤であって、用いるゴム栓を６０℃の温度環境下で２週間の保存期間中に容器内へ透過する酸素の量が０．００１３ｍｍｏｌ以下の物性のゴム栓を使用することで、ペメトレキセドの分解物である類縁物質の生成を抑制することができ、保存安定性に優れたペメトレキセドの注射用溶液製剤を提供することができる。【選択図】なし
