PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-performance cosmetic composition which gives a finish different in a design property and a soft focus property from conventional cosmetic compositions, is excellent in adhesivity to the skin (hardly causing makeup deterioration) and storage stability, and has an excellent skin slide and coating feeling.SOLUTION: To solve the above subject, the invention provides a cosmetic composition containing an inner core which is an organic matter, and a hybrid microparticle having a first outer core which is located in the surroundings of the inner core and is a silica compound or a composite compound consisting of a silica compound and aluminium oxide and/or titanium oxide, and a second outer core which is located in the surroundings of the first outer core and is hydrophobically modified silica, as well as one or more kinds selected from the group of hydrocarbon, ester, and a silicone derivative.
