A drug applying device comprises a plurality of first appliers which are removably connected to the top of the other. Each of the first appliers comprises a casing, a first plug rod, a first applying member and a drug. The casing is formed with a chamber for containing the drug, and comprises a first end wall and a second end wall which is located below the first end wall at a distance. The second end wall is formed with an insertion hole communicated with the chamber.
