PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector unit for bioelectrodes capable of preventing conduction between a signal side and a ground side even when an upper structure and a lower structure are closed with no clamping object present therebetween in a structure clamping a prescribed position of a bioelectrode, and to provide a connection structure of bioelectrodes.SOLUTION: A connector unit 20 is configured to clamp a clamping object part 1a of a bioelectrode 1 between a lower structure 30 and an upper structure 50. The lower structure 30 has a signal-side connection part, while the upper structure 50 has a ground-side connection part.
