PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a walking type seedling transplanter miniaturized as small as possible to be comparatively light.SOLUTION: The seedling transplanter is equipped with a seedling frame 11 at a position partially overlapping, when viewed in a plane, on the upper side of a seedling supplying device 40 against the seedling supplying device 40 circulating and moving many seedling cups 41 receiving seedlings supplied from a seedling frame 11 mounted with many seedlings.
