PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical imaging device, a tube voltage setting device, an imaging control method, and an imaging control program which are capable of capturing suitable radiographic images, with the kind of an acoustic matching member used taken into consideration.SOLUTION: A medical imaging device 10 includes a compression plate 32 for compressing a breast N and a radiation emitting unit 25 for projecting radiation R onto the breast N and is capable of capturing a radiographic image and an ultrasound image of the breast N. A control unit 40 acquires kind information indicating the kind of an acoustic matching member 50 inserted between the compression plate 32 and the breast N when an ultrasound image of the breast N is captured. When only a radiographic image of the breast N is captured, the control unit 40 sets the tube voltage of the radiation emitting unit 25 to a first tube voltage.
