PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microengine handpiece for dental treatment which has no screw for coupling a grip portion to a head portion to prevent a screw head from appearing on the surface of the handpiece, and can efficiently couple the head portion to the grip portion in the handpiece.SOLUTION: The handpiece portion 100 includes the grip portion 110 and the head portion 120 coupled and fixed to the grip portion 110. The head portion 120 has a rotary shaft 121 for transmitting the rotation of a rotary shaft 201 of a power source 200 and a rotary shaft support cylinder 122 for rotatably supporting the rotary shaft 121, and the rotary shaft support cylinder 122 is fixed to a coupling cylinder 120b extending from a head body 120a.
