SOLUTION: A recess part 121a or 124b forming a space having no packing 121 with the lid part 120 non-closed is provided in at least either of a packing 121 or a groove 124 for attaching the packing 121 of a lid part 120. When being pushed and the packing 121 is deformed with a small force so as to reduction the force necessary for closing the lid part 120.
