The operation section includes a housing that is provided in a base end portion of the distal end insertion portion, a puncture handle that is provided in the housing so as to be able to move freely backwards and forwards and that drives the needle body, a pressing handle that is provided in the housing so as to be able to move freely backwards and forwards and that drives a pressing member, a ligature tool operation unit that is provided in the housing so as to be able to move freely backwards and forwards and that drives a ligature sheath, and a ligature handle that is provided in the ligature tool operation unit so as to be able to move freely backwards and forwards and that drives an engaging portion.
