The present invention relates to a method for preparing an ear mushroom (Auricularia auricula-judae) bulgogi bibimbap and to the ear mushroom bulgogi bibimbap thereof. More specifically, the method includes the following steps: preparing ear mushroom bulgogi； mixing the ear mushroom bulgogi with rice and various vegetables； adding garnish on the mixture； and mixing the bibimbap after adding a bit of sesame oil and pepper paste. The ear mushroom bulgogi bibimbap includes beef and other various vegetables to ensure excellent nutrition.
