The heart rate variability device comprises a CPU and is adapted with a telecommunication and communication module. The cloud health management system comprises more than one cloud server and a stress-relieved mechanism server. The invention may serve as a heart rate variability device on one hand, and on the other hand may make use of the telecommunication and communication module to internet-connecting to a hospital, a stress-relieved mechanism and a cloud, thereby forming a new business model to achieve the objectives of reducing cost for heart rate variability disease and accomplishing entire health management.
