Disclosed is an antiseptic, germicidal, bactericidal, and antifungal pharmaceutical solution of wide spectrum and skin use for lesions and ulcerations of the skin and/or mucosa in humans and mammals the solution includes the aldehyde 3,7-dimethyl 2,6- octadiene (C10H18O) Fig 3, extracted by chemical methods from the oil contained in the orange fruit Fig 2, Yodopovidona at 10%, and absolute ethanol. The application of the solution, at low concentration and by dripping, over isolated wounds and/or ulcers may remove cellular detritus, fibrins and pathogen agents by mechanical drag. The formation of new skin in ulcerated wounds is reduced in time without affecting the granular tissue formed and required for the generation of the new skin layer.Solución farmacéutica de acción antiséptica, germicida, bactericida y antimicótica de amplio espectro de uso tópico para lesiones o ulceraciones de piel y/o mucosas en humanos y mamíferos está formada por el aldehído 3,7-Dimetil 2,6- Octadienal (C10H18O) Fig 3, extraído por métodos químicos del aceite que contiene el fruto de naranjo fig 2, Yodopovidona al 10%, y Etanol absoluto. Al aplicarlo a bajas concentraciones y por goteo sobre heridas y/o ulceraciones aisladas, desprende por arrastre mecánico detritos celulares, fibrinas y agentes patógenos. Reduce el tiempo de formación de nueva piel en heridas ulceradas sin afectar el tejido granular que se forma necesario para la generación de la nueva capa cutánea.
