FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to abdominal surgery, and can be used in laparoscopic ventral hernia repair. Prior to installation of composite mesh endoprosthesis the bladder is intraoperatively filled with fluid. Bottom of the filled bladder is located within the expected bed of the composite mesh endoprosthesis, an incision of the parietal peritoneum is marked is along the line of its transition to the bladder. Then the urinary bladder is emptied, and the parietal peritoneum is dissected along the marked line with subsequent intraperitoneal placement of composite mesh endoprosthesis with adequate overlap of the hernia defect at least 5 cm. Then the caudal portion of the composite mesh endoprosthesis is moved into the preperitoneal and prevesical position through the incision, which is then closed, fixing the parietal peritoneum above the prosthesis.EFFECT: method eliminates the risk of turning of the caudal part of the composite mesh endoprosthesis at filling of the bladder.1 cl, 2 dwg, 1 exИзобретение относится к области медицины, а именно к абдоминальной хирургии, и может использоваться при лапароскопической пластике вентральных грыж. До установки композитного сетчатого эндопротеза интраоперационно заполняют мочевой пузырь жидкостью. При положении дна заполненного мочевого пузыря в пределах предполагаемого ложа композитного сетчатого эндопротеза намечают разрез париетальной брюшины по линии ее перехода на мочевой пузырь. После чего мочевой пузырь опорожняют, а париетальную брюшину рассекают по намеченной линии с последующей интраперитонеальной установкой композитного сетчатого эндопротеза с адекватным перекрытием грыжевого дефекта не менее чем на 5 см. Затем заводят каудальную часть композитного сетчатого эндопротеза предбрюшинно-предпузырно через произведенный разрез, который после этого закрывают, фиксируя париетальную брюшину поверх протеза. Способ исключает риск подворота каудальной части композитного сетчатого эндопротеза
