PURPOSE: A centrifuge for red ginseng is provided to automatically close an automatic three-way valve and an automatic two-way valve, thereby preventing the loss of purified fluid or undiluted extract solution in the process of discharging sludge. CONSTITUTION: A centrifuge for red ginseng comprises an undiluted solution pipe(21), a hygiene water pipe(22), a connecting pipe(23), and a purified fluid pipe. Through the undiluted solution pipe, red ginseng undiluted extract solution is put into a centrifugal separator. Through the hygiene water pipe, hygienic water is put in. The connecting pipe connects the undiluted solution pipe and the hygiene water pipe. An automatic three-way valve(101) is installed in the side adjacent to the undiluted solution pipe of the connecting pipe. Through the purified fluid pipe, purified fluid is outputted toward one side of the centrifuge. An automatic two-way valve(102) is installed in the purified fluid pipe. When discharging sludge through one side of the centrifuge, the automatic three-way valve and the two-way valve are automatically closed by a valve control part.홍삼용 원심분리 시스템이 개시된다. 개시된 홍삼용 원심분리 시스템은, 홍삼 정제액을 추출하기 위한 것으로, 홍삼의 추출원액이 원심분리기(100)로 투입되는 원액관로(21)와 위생수가 투입되는 위생수관로(22)를 연결관로(23)로 연결하고, 상기 연결관로(23)의 원액관로(21) 측에 자동 3방향 밸브(101)를 설치하고, 상기 원심분리기(100) 일측으로 정제액이 인출되는 정제액관로(24)에는 자동 2방향 밸브(102)를 설치하며, 원심분리기(100) 일측을 통해 슬러지를 토출시킴에 있어서, 자동적으로 상기 자동 3방향 밸브(101)와 자동 2방향 밸브(102)가 닫혀 홍삼의 추출원액 유입을 차단함과 동시에 정제액의 역류를 방지하고, 그와 동시에 위생수는 연결관로(23)를 거쳐 원액관로(21)을 통하여 원심분리기(100) 상부로 유입되되, 상기 자동 2방향 밸브(102)와 자동 3방향 밸브(101)는 밸브제어부(미도시)에 의해서 자동적으로 열리거나 닫히게 되고, 상기 슬러지 토출이 종료되면, 자동 2방향 밸브(102)와 자동 3방향 밸브(101)는 원래 상태로 복귀되도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 따라, 본 발명은 홍삼의 원심분리 과정 중에 홍삼의 추출원액 및 정제액의 손실을 방지할 수 있는 효과가 있으며, 기존의 원심분리 시스템에 자동 밸브와 이를 제어하는 밸브제어부를 설치하기만 하면 되므로 설치가 간단하고 비용이 저렴한 효과도 있다.
