The present invention relates to an oil-in-water emulsion type semi-transparent cosmetic composition for blocking ultraviolet rays. The present invention is an oil-in-water emulsion type cosmetic composition for blocking ultraviolet rays which contains an organic ultraviolet blocking component, in which the difference of refractive indexes between a water based component and an oil based component are adjusted to form a semi-transparent formulation and improve the palatability of a consumer. A whitening phenomenon where the skin turns white when a user spreads the composition on the skin caused by high refractive index is reduced by the adjustment of the difference of refractive indexes, and the user can have clean skin without white turbidity. Furthermore, the composition offers freshness and a cooling effect after being spread on the skin for using the composition in summer time and for fulfilling the needs of the user who has excessive perspiration.본 발명은 반투명 수중유형 에멀젼 형태의 자외선 차단용 화장료 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 유기계 자외선 차단성분을 함유한 수중유형 에멀젼 형태의 자외선 차단용 화장료 조성물에서, 수상성분과 유상성분간의 굴절률차를 조절함으로써, 반투명한 제형으로 제공되어 소비자층의 기호도를 높이고, 상기 굴절률차 조절에 의해 종래 높은 굴절률로 인해 피부 도포시 하얗게 들뜨는 백화 현상을 줄여 백탁이 없는 깨끗한 피부 표현이 가능하다. 나아가, 피부 도포시 청량감과 쿨링감을 동시에 주어 여름철 사용에 적합하거나 땀이 많은 소비자층의 기호를 충족할 수 있다.
