The composition is an ophthalmic aqueous solution that typically contains a relatively high concentration of olopatadine solubilized in solution. The composition preferably can significantly alleviate late symptoms of allergic ocular conjunctivitis, especially allergic ocular conjunctivitis.본 발명의 비교적 고농도의 올로파타딘을 함유하는 안과용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 상기 조성물은 전형적으로 용액내에 가용화된 비교적 고농도의 올로파타딘을 함유하는 안과용 수용액이다. 조성물은 바람직하게는 알레르기성 안 결막염, 특히 알레르기성 안 결막염의 후기 증상을 상당히 경감시킬 수 있다.
