PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve reliability of a current introduction terminal 101 and a device employing the same, by suppressing cracking in an insulation member 102 and reducing a stress to be applied to the insulation member 102 caused by shrinkage with solidification of a bonding material 106.SOLUTION: The current introduction terminal 101 comprises: the insulation member 102 a conductive wire material 103 penetrating the insulation member 102 a metal containing layer 104 which is provided on one side of the insulation member 102 while enclosing the conductive wire material 103 a washer 105 which is provided while opposing the metal containing layer 104 and enclosing the conductive wire material 103 and the bonding material 106 which is held between the metal containing layer 104 and the washer 105 while enclosing and holding the conductive wire material 103.
