The support has a wedge, and a front zone (1) positioned between laminas of a vertebra for restoring an anatomic inter-vertebral space. A rear zone (2) has lateral shoulders and two transversal projections (8) to block migration of the support towards a front part of a vertebral column. The lateral shoulders are set back from the front zone and are housed against the laminas, closer to articular surfaces.
