PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a notification system capable of notifying a user that a physical condition of a target is bad without performing an operation by the target. SOLUTION: The notification system 10 stores a reference frequency data of an electroencephalogram corresponding to a physical condition of a subject (patient) who is a living body, an electroencephalogram measurement unit 22 for measuring an electroencephalogram of a patient, and an electroencephalogram measurement unit. The frequency analysis unit 25 that detects the frequency component of the measured EEG, the reference frequency data stored in the storage unit, and the frequency component of the EEG detected by the frequency analysis unit are used to determine whether the physical condition of the patient is bad. The determination unit 32 and the voice input/output unit 45 that notifies that the physical condition of the patient is bad when the determination unit determines that the physical condition of the patient is bad are included.
