The present invention relates to immunoglobulins that specifically bind MMP13 and more in particular to polypeptides, nucleic acids encoding such polypeptides； to methods for preparing such polypeptides； to compositions and in particular to pharmaceutical compositions that comprise such polypeptides, for prophylactic, therapeutic or diagnostic purposes. In particular, the immunoglobulins of the present invention inhibit an activity of MMP13 and preferably are also stable.La présente invention concerne des immunoglobulines qui se lient de manière spécifique à MMP13 et, plus particulièrement, des polypeptides, des acides nucléiques codant pour de tels polypeptides ； des méthodes de préparation de tels polypeptides ； des compositions et, notamment, des compositions pharmaceutiques comprenant de tels polypeptides, destinées à des fins prophylactiques, thérapeutiques ou diagnostiques. En particulier, les immunoglobulines de l'invention inhibent une activité de MMP13 et sont également de préférence stables.
