PURPOSE: A head band with an air cushion pad is provided to be firmly and conveniently worn on the forehead of a user. CONSTITUTION: A head band with an air cushion pad comprises: an air cushion pad(10) which is mounted in the front, the whole area, or a part of the head band； and multiple air pockets(30) which are arranged inside the air cushion pad, and are formed with multiple protrusions. The air cushion pad is a tube which is formed with multiple through-holes, and uses a Velcro tape which attaches upper and lower fixed wings. 본 발명은 용접면, 작업모, 보안면, 보호면 등에 결합된 헤드밴드에 결합시켜 사용하는 것이며, 작업자의 머리에 접촉되는 에어쿠션패드의 전체 또는 일부분에 공기주머니가 일정한 간격 또는 비대칭 간격의 형태로 배열되어 있어 작업자의 머리 또는 이마 및 뒷부분에 접촉되는 에어쿠션패드의 전면에 다수개의 돌기부가 형성되고 작업자가 헤드밴드를 착용하는 경우 작업자의 머리 형상 차이나 작업자의 이마에 압박되는 헤드밴드의 압박 정도에 따라서 공기주머니의 내부에 채워져 있는 공기의 양이 조절되기 때문에 작업자가 헤드밴드를 머리에 완전히 밀착시킨 상태로 견고하고 편안하게 착용할 수 있는 효과가 있다. 특히 쿠션 튜브 속의 공기가 자유로이 이동하면서 옮겨 다니기 때문에 편안함과 밀착감을 극대화시킨 에어쿠션패드가 장착된 헤드밴드에 관한 것이다.
