A capsule medical apparatus (2) is a capsule medical apparatus which floats on a liquid surface of liquid (10) introduced into a subject (1) and includes at least one in-vivo information obtaining unit (23, 26), a transmitting unit (27), and a capsule-type casing (20). The at least one in-vivo information obtaining unit (23, 26) obtains the in-vivo information of the subject (1). The transmitting unit (27) wirelessly transmits an electric wave including the in-vivo information obtained by the at least one in-vivo information obtaining unit (23, 26) to outside through the transmitting antenna (27a). The capsule-type casing (20) has the at least one in-vivo information obtaining unit (23, 26), the transmitting antenna (27a), and the transmitting unit (27), fixedly arranged therein. The transmitting antenna (27a) is arranged on a liquid surface position of the liquid (10) when a part of the capsule-type casing (20) floats on the liquid surface of the liquid (10).
