PURPOSE: A process for preparing rice cake containing medicinal herbs, seaweeds, plants and other healthful ingredients is provided. The rice cake is useful for improving health of the elderly and children. CONSTITUTION: A process for preparing rice cake containing medicinal herbs, seaweeds, plants and other healthful ingredients comprises the steps of: extracting medicinal herbs, seaweeds, healthful plants and other healthful ingredients; mixing 20 kg of the extract with 12 kg of a mixture of japanese apricot, ginger, grape, pear, apple, banana, pine apple, melon, watermelon, persimmon, apricot, peach and plum in a predetermined mixing ratio, and raw materials for rice cake; naturally fermenting the mixture thereof at 17 to 21 deg. C for 1 to 2 months and filtering the fermented mixture; mixing 35 liter of filtrate with extracts of crops, fruits and malt in a mixing ratio of 6:4; maturing the mixture thereof at 18 to 35 deg. C for 2 months or more; and filtering the matured mixture.
