SOLUTION: The aging-preventing agent characteristically contains one or more L-tyrosine derivatives represented by general formula (1) (wherein, R1 is hydrogen atom or a saturated or unsaturated chain or branched 1-8C alkyl group R2 is hydrogen atom, a 1-20C acyl group, amino acid residue or amino acid residue of oligopeptide comprising 2 to 5 amino acids and R3 is hydroxyl group, a 1-20C alkoxy group, amino acid residue or amino acid residue of oligopeptide comprising 2 to 5 amino acids, provided that when R2 is hydrogen atom, R3 is not hydroxyl group.) or salts thereof.
