The present invention relates to a method for preparing an extracellular matrix membrane derived from a biocompatible porcine cartilage capable of controlling the physical properties and the decomposition rate in vivo and an adhesion prevention composition containing the extracellular matrix membrane derived from a biocompatible porcine cartilage as an active ingredient. Despite high biocompatibility as a natural material, an extracellular matrix membrane derived from a cartilage tissue has a limited application range due to a short decomposition period and poor physical properties. The method is used to enhance the physical properties through physical or chemical treatment operations. According to the present invention, the extracellular matrix membrane derived from a biocompatible porcine cartilage is treated by using physicochemical methods to prepare biomaterials in various phases while maintaining the specific cartilage functions regardless of the physicochemical treatments executed thereon. The extracellular matrix membrane materials derived from the biocompatible porcine cartilage can also be used as an anti-adhesion agent with excellent adhesion prevention and in-vivo stability functions.본 발명은 생체 내 분해속도 및 물성 조절 가능한 생체적합성 돼지연골 유래 세포외기질 막 제조방법 및 상기 돼지연골 유래 세포외기질을 유효성분으로 함유하는 유착방지용 조성물에 대한 것으로, 천연소재로서의 높은 생체적합성에도 불구하고 연골 조직 세포외기질은 짧은 분해기간 등 물성이 취약하여 적용에 한계가 존재하기 때문에 이의 물리적 또는 화학적 처리를 통하여 물성을 증진시키는 방법을 개발하였다. 본 발명은 돼지연골 유래 세포외기질을 물리화학적 방법으로 처리하여 다양한 제형의 생체소재로 제작하였고, 또한 물리화학적 처리를 했음에도 위의 연골 특이적인 기능을 유지하는 특성을 확인하였다. 또한, 돼지연골 유래 세포외기질 소재를 이용하여 체내 안정성과 유착방지 효능이 뛰어난 유착방지제로도 활용할 수 있다.
