The present invention relates to a device and a method for preventing the leakage of drugs, wherein a syringe liquid accommodated in a syringe is prevented from flowing out due to automatic release of pressure before a syringe needle inserted in the skin is withdrawn from the skin. The device of the present invention comprises: a syringe unit which injects a syringe liquid into the skin through a needle an operating unit which forwardly rotates a motor so that the syringe liquid accommodated in a syringe of the syringe unit is fed into the skin and a piston rod in the syringe unit is forwardly moved an electric current detecting unit which detects a motor operating current through a pressure adjusted value when the motor in the operating unit is forwardly rotated and a control unit which controls the forward rotation of the motor in the operating unit, calculates a reverse rotation control value of the motor according to the pressure adjusted value, and releases syringe pressure of the syringe unit by reversely rotating the motor.
