PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an injection device capable of preventing an injection needle from coming off from an injection cylinder in use, in which an injection syringe is detachably attached.SOLUTION: An injection device 1 for injecting a content into a subject by an injection syringe equipped with a pusher, an injection cylinder into which the pusher is inserted and fitted, and an injection needle consisting of a needle base connected to the injection cylinder, and a needle tube to be stuck into the subject includes: a contact head 10 which can contact with the subject, and is formed with an opening through which the needle tube passes； a movable holder 30 for holding the injection cylinder and the injection needle； a support mechanism 20 fixed to the contact head； and a content injection control mechanism 50 for pushing the pusher into the injection cylinder. When the movable holder moves along the support mechanism, the injection cylinder and the injection needle are moved to the contact head.
