PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seeing-eye mobile device positioning system and a method of operating the same.SOLUTION: The seeing-eye mobile device positioning system and the method of operating the same, when a blind user is with a pair of digital glasses or an indoor care robot, can capture local images by using a capturing module, to confirm a location of the user to track the location by a positioning module, and in addition to these, allow the family, a care unit, or a police/fire fighting unit located at a distant place to understand safety conditions of the user on a real-time basis by a transmission module.
