According to the present invention, the device for alleviating pain by using the non-invasive laser comprises: a main body which includes a laser diode module, a laser port unit, a silver spike point (SSP) port unit a laser emitting device which is detached from the laser port unit, and emits laser light provided from the main body to skins an electric needle which is detached from the SSP port unit, and injects currents provided from the main body to the skins a display device which displays a menu screen corresponding to a software program related to a laser treatment and an electric needle treatment, and various information and states related to the treatments and a display fixing device which electrically and mechanically supports and fixes the main body and the display device.
