The present invention includes: a rod member； a handle unit provided on an upper portion of the rod member； a knee holding unit provided to be movable in a vertical axial direction along the rod member； and a base unit provided on a lower portion of the rod member, wherein the base unit is rotatable so that the old, the infirm and the sick rotates and moves the base unit to a direction to be moved after standing at the base unit.
