The invention relates to a food product and to a process for preparing the same. According to the invention, the product comprises 25...40% starch, 20...30% vegetable fat, 0...1% soya protein, 20...40% water, 0.5...1% edible salt, up to 0.5% beta-carotene and flavours, respectively, the percentage being expressed by mass. The process, as claimed by the invention, consists in mixing the components at a temperature of 75...80°C, for 10 min, up to obtaining a homogeneous mass which is then moulded in forms.Invenţia se referă la un produs alimentar şi la un procedeu pentru obţinerea acestuia. Produsul conform invenţiei este constituit, în procente masice, din 25...40% amidon, 20...30% grăsime vegetală, 0...1% proteină de soia, 20...40% apă, 0,5...1% sare alimentară, până la 0,5% betacaroten, respectiv, arome. Procedeul conform invenţiei constă în amestecarea componentelor la o temperatură de 75...80°C, timp de 10 min, până la obţinerea unei mase omogene care se modelează în forme.
