PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new preventing or treating agent for effectively and safely preventing/treating idiopathic inflammatory muscle diseases.SOLUTION: An antibody or antibody fragment, having the properties of specifically bonding with DNAM-1 and not bonding with Fc receptor, is used as an active ingredient of the preventing or treating agent for idiopathic inflammatory muscle diseases.
