The present invention relates to certain derivatives of 2-ethyl-4-(2&prime,2&prime-dimethyl-3&prime-alkyl-3&prime-cyclopenten-1&prime-yl)-4-penten-1-ol. These compounds possess very interesting perfuming ingredients due to their unusual combination of sandalwood and floral notes.
